In MUNAA, we have our objectives and motivations well defined. What we will be looking for at our simulation and when delivering our prizes is real leadership. We define a real leader as someone who encourages other fellow delegates to continuously get better and is an open, authentic, and positive influence in the rest of the members of the committees, who shows clarity, confidence and courage throughout the simulation and is willing to help others achieve the impossible. We expect a leader to build consensus and common goals and being the solution to problems. We embolden all participants to become the change we all want and to reflect it during the three days our event will last.
